Royal-Alliances is an organization that aims to assist youth and young adults with development in the areas of Proper Etiquette, Job Readiness and Mentorship. While also catering to the adult population. We believe that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and create positive change in the world.

• Royal-Alliances aims to provide community programs, workshops & training's that will have a positive effect on the next generation by assisting with personal, academic, and professional situations.
• Connecting young leaders with other young leaders and creating and developing social and economic opportunities.

• The overall approach for Royal-Alliances, is to create a safe place for students in various communities to be introduced to authentic etiquette practices, job readiness training and mentoring.
• Royal-Alliances also welcomes the opportunities for verbal, social, emotional, and educational independence.

Marienda Gates, the CEO, Founder and Head Instructor of Royal-Alliances has delivered programs to over 100 + students and has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Previous programs in Berlin, New Jersey, Milwaukee, WI; The Silver Spring Neighborhood Center, The Purpose Driven Sisters Mentorship Program and People for People ECDC of Philadelphia, PA. As well as several virtual workshops have resulted in great reviews and surveys demonstrating her expertise and commitment to positively impacting the next

generation of leaders. 

Marienda is also a Honorary Doctorate Degree Recipient in the study of Christian Counseling, a Certified Life Coach and  a 4X Author. She enjoys spending time with her family, singing, dancing, dining out, shopping, and traveling.
